Alternatively, you can use the Whatapp at the bottom right corner of our website to chat with or leave a message to our technical support team. We aim to respond to your message within 1 working day.

Order

Local delivery charges of $8.50 will apply for purchases of $130 and below. 

Local delivery charges of $7.50 will apply for purchases above $130.

Note : Additional $5 for delivery to Sentosa and Jurong Islands

In some cases, technical glitch may happen during your payment transaction. To ensure receipt status of your payment, please call +65 8802 6725. For multiple payments done in same transaction, service charge is applicable to refund your payment, as follows:
*3.90% + $0.50 for Paypal
*2.30% for Paynow

Once your order is successful, we will send an electronic acknowledgement to you within 24 hours. If in any case that the item is unavailable, a message will be sent to you for further action. While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times, there may be some occasions due to unforeseen circumstances that we may be unable to fulfill your order or source out a replacement product. If in any case this should occur, we will contact you for a refund (applicable charges may apply).

In any case you want to cancel your order, applicable fees for refund are as follows:
*$10 administration fee (before GST)
*3.90% + $0.50 for Paypal
*2.30% for PayNow

Cancelled order will be automatically refunded to the respective card. Please allow up to 30 working days for processing. Same charges will apply for rejected orders during delivery. To re-send items, there will be $10 Delivery Fee (before GST) for orders below $50 (before GST).

Cancellation of order must be notified at least one working days before delivery, otherwise, penalty of S$10.00 will be levied.

Delivery

Lead Time: Delivered within 5 – 7 Working Days (excluding Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)

Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours (10am – 5pm)

when you place your order, please indicate in the remarks what day/time the delivery should be avoided.

We currently delivers within Singapore including Sentosa and Jurong Islands.

If you are not at home during our delivery, GoBookstore reserves the right to charge you $10 (before GST) for the re-delivery. In case that you will not be available during the expected delivery, please call +65 8802 6725 to re-schedule the delivery.

Payment

We accept PayNow, PayPal, MasterCard & Visa.

All our prices are net. No discounts will be given but please do take note of our monthly promotions where you can save more when you buy more. All our prices are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax.

All warranty conditions are stated in the provided product information unless the manufacturer has provided none.
